Returns and Refunds
Here at CAST we obviously want you to be happy with your purchase, but if we fall short, here's what to do:
Your right to cancel
If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
This 14‑day period begins the day after you receive your order.

You must notify us before the 14‑day cancellation period ends.
Returning your items
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Items must be returned:

In their original condition

Unused

With all packaging and accessories
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We may make a deduction if the item has been handled in a way that reduces its value (as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations).
Items that cannot be cancelled
The following items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty:

Faulty or damaged items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order cancellations before dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it immediately.
